Wiley InterScience site maintenance on Sat., Mar. 28

Due to site maintenance, on Saturday, March 28 beginning at 7am, Wiley Interscience access may be intermittently disrupted.

Note that the full site will not go offline, but users may experience minor disruptions during which the search interface will be unavailable for periods of about 30-40 minutes.  Maintenance is scheduled to last for four hours.

No access to the Astrophysical Journal

Electronic access to the Astrophysical Journal is not currently available.  We are working to resolve this problem.

It has been reported and we hope to have the problem fixed soon.

ACS online journals temporarily unavailable

From ACS Publications:
"On the weekend of November 15-16, 2008, beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, the ACS Publications website will be unavailable as we deploy a dynamic new web delivery platform, hosting all 34 ACS Journals on a platform rich with new features and functionality. A flash-based demo showcasing many of the features and benefits of the new site is available at: http://pubs.acs.org/flashdemo."

The Library has print issues of many of the ACS titles that you may consult while online access is unavailable.

CINAHL accessible through EBSCOhost

CINAHL (Cumulative Index for Nursing and Allied Health Literature) is now accessible through the EBSCOhost interface, and is no longer accessible through the previous interface, Ovid.  We apologize for the abrupt switch; we had expected access to CINAHL via Ovid through December 2008. 

Please note that the EBSCOhost interface will change by the end of July, when EBSCO releases EBSCOhost 2.0.
